"I met Bernadine at the gym a couple of years ago. I have seen her compete several times, and I have always been amazed not only with her fantastic figure but also to her dedication to what I have come to learn is her passion. After many talks on the treadmill about competing, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with Bernie, I asked her if she would not mind helping me loose a little weight. Little did I know that with her help I would be on the road to achieving my dream goal… a fitness competition.

As soon as I told her that I had made my decision to compete, she went into action. Bernie had everything already in order, she told me whom to contact to make my suits, she sent me my diet immediately, and she even wanted to meet with me that weekend to start choreographing my routine. Her excitement made me even more excited, it was if it was her competing! I do not have much of a background in gymnastics, and I only took dance when I was younger, so I was a little worried about the routine. I did not believe her at the time, but 5 months later, I have a spectacular routine.

When I started with Bernie I was worried that she would not have a lot of time for me, after all she is a dedicated mother, wife, has a very successful job and she trains all the time for competitions. I was completely wrong. During my training, she gave me many numbers and email to contact her with, we talked numerous times every day. If I emailed her concerns she would always get back to me right away, and I mean sometimes with in 2 minutes! Bernie really is everything anyone would want in a trainer, she is reliable, trustworthy, fun and she knows what she is doing. But most of all, she cares.

I have not only found a trainer in Bernie, I have also made a great new friend. She has shown me a kind of confidence in myself that I never knew existed, and I have never felt this good and proud about myself ever before. This has been and experience and a life accomplishment that I will never forget! Thanks Bern!"
